HOW TO REGISTER A LARGER TEAM?

We invite you to join the InRento Trakai Triathlon together with your colleagues or team!

How to register a larger team?

You can either:

Fill in the registration form, entering each participant’s information separately and selecting “Add Participant” after each one,
OR
Use the Excel registration option:

  1. Go to this link: https://manobegimas.lt/event/64, click “UPLOAD FILE”, then “DOWNLOAD” to get the Excel file.

  2. Fill out the Excel file carefully. Please note that each distance has a separate sheet.

  3. Once filled out, return to the same link and click “UPLOAD FILE” – then “SELECT AND UPLOAD”.

After uploading, complete the remaining registration details. A pro forma invoice will be generated. Once it is paid within 7 days, the participants will be confirmed and you will receive a final invoice.

If you need an invoice, make sure to check the option “I need an invoice” during the payment step. A pro forma invoice will be generated, which must be paid within 7 days.

After payment, please send the payment confirmation to info@trakutriatlonas.lt.

IMPORTANT:
The team will be added to the participants’ list only after the payment confirmation is received by email at info@trakutriatlonas.lt

DISCOUNTS FOR TEAMS:

TEAM OF 20 PARTICIPANTS
Register a team of 20 people and receive a 10% discount on registration!

TEAM OF 30+ PARTICIPANTS
Bring together 30 or more participants and receive a 15% discount!
